  • Are the workspaces furnished and internet-ready?
    Yes! All spaces come fully furnished with desks, chairs, and access to high-speed internet, so you can start working immediately.
  • What if I need to cancel or reschedule my booking?
    We offer flexible rescheduling and cancellation policies. Check the cancellation terms on your booking or contact support for help.
  • How secure are OCTOSPACE locations?
    All locations offer controlled access, on-site staff, and CCTV where available, ensuring a safe and professional environment.
  • Can I register my business at an OCTOSPACE location?
    Yes, with our Virtual Office Plan, you can use our address for business registration, mail handling, and official correspondence.

  • Who do I contact if I need help?
    Your assigned personal assistant is your main point of contact and will support you throughout your OCTOSPACE journey. You can also reach our main support team via phone, email, or live chat.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I get started with OCTOSPACE?
    Click on “Find a Space” from the homepage. Fill out your workspace preferences (type, location, budget), and you’ll be matched with available options.
  • What happens after I submit the form?
    Your assigned personal assistant will review your requirements and contact you directly with workspace options that match your needs, budget, and location.
  • How do I confirm and pay for my booking?
    Once you’ve selected a workspace, your assistant will send a booking summary and payment link. You can pay via mobile money, card, or bank transfer, cash is not recommended.
  • Can I book recurring access or long-term use?
    Absolutely. OCTOSPACE offers weekly and monthly plans, and we can tailor a package if you need longer-term access.
  • What can my personal assistant help me with?
    Your assistant will guide you through: • Exploring available and upcoming spaces • Booking and confirming your workspace • Managing payment and documentation • Providing updates if your selected space is still under development • Assisting until you’re fully settled and satisfied
  • What if the space I want is not yet ready?
    No problem! If your preferred space is still under development, you can still book it in advance. Your assistant will give you a clear timeline and regular updates on its readiness.
  • Can I visit the space before booking?
    Yes, your assistant can arrange a site visit to completed or sample locations. If your selected space is under development, you’ll be shown progress visuals and timelines.
  • Can I request additional services or support?
    Absolutely. Your assistant can help with: • Internet upgrades • Custom furniture requests • Business address setup • Meeting room bookings • Any other workspace-related needs
